amazing job, I definitely think you have gotten the hang of speed painting. I really like the feeling I get from this--swept up by a sea of lights and people and almost nostalgic

Yes, the nostalgia of nights gone past cumulating into a heavy blanket over you, like how snowflakes collect into heavy piles on the shoulders of a gray overcoat. And you, standing alone in the midst of the crowd, with no warm place to go where the lonliness may melt away from your shoulders, leaving only the wet, dark imprint of memory.
At the same time though...nature and man are both silently reveling in the cold, the lights catching on the flakes to sprinkle the air with sparkles.
...hmm ok sorry, got carried away. Your artwork was just so good though...
